Who doesn’t love E30’s! This 87 E30 has been under the care of the current owner since 2003. It was originally acquired as a tired streetcar from a good friend who hadn’t driven the vehicle in several years. Upon purchasing, several items were tended to including missing front air dam, broken windshield, broken oil pan, and missing exhaust from behind the manifolds. The owner then installed a new oil pan, timing belt, and water pump to ensure it was running and driving and would later address many upgrades as listed below.

List of current modifications and installation dates:

• Solid aluminum engine and trans mounts (~2004)

• Front subframe reinforced to support solid aluminum mounts (~2004)

• Stock flywheel lightened by 6-8lbs (~2004)

• Ireland Engineering shorty headers (~2006)

Miller Performance cold-air MAF conversion with their W.A.R. chip. Currently running their standard M20 performance tune. (~2018)

• Spec e30 Exhaust by Poore (basically a straight pipe with a glass pack) (2021)

• Spec e30 coilovers - Blistering B8 w/ Ground Control coil-over spring conversion and GC camber plates (2021)

• KW Rear Sway Bar (2021)

• Turner rear shock mounts (2021)

• New OE clutch 10/2024

The timing belt is believed to have last been completed in 2018 as we currently don’t have any records since. Vehicle has seen no more than a few hundred miles since 2018 including 1-2 track days annually. Vehicle has remained stored indoors in a climate controlled environment since 2003 and the paint and decals are in good condition. Overall, it presents well and has a few small areas that will need addressed in the future, but aren’t of immediate concern. The rear trunk lowers on both sides are in need of replacement and are not structural . We also noted the passenger window is inop. The switch works, but believe the regulator is in need of replacement.

Vehicle comes with an extensive parts/service history since 2011 as a .pdf and hard copy.  This history available to us doesn’t cover work prior to 2011, as few records were recorded at that time.
