This Frozen White RS was originally purchased from Ray Skillman Ford in Indianapolis.  Upon delivery, it was destined for track use.   While on track the vehicle suffered from the known head gasket issue and 3rd cylinder went.  The owner then sent the vehicle to Panda for a complete overhaul.   Vehicle was completed and picked up in June 2021 with 1,933 miles and has been driven less than 200 miles since.
