- Transport vehicle to shop

- Tear down engine to bare block

- Clean and inspect all engine parts

- Media blast engine parts and prepare for assembly 

- Strip seized rings from pistons clean ring grooves

- Remove crank and replace rear main seal

- Paint satin black crank case breather, fan, and brackets

- Begin trim installation

- Water blast undercarriage

- File fit new rings, shim and install pistons and rings

- Sand blast engine bay parts and brackets

- Install cam shaft, lifters, oil pan and water pump

- Install upper trim clips

- Install floor insulation, refurbish heater, remove fuel tank

- Remove brake drums

- Scrape and clean under car

- Open and inspect crown wheel and pinion, then clean out

- Clean differential cover, sand blast and paint

- Clean and straighten flywheel cover

- Sand blast parts and paint

- Sand blast head light receivers

- Clean transmission, open and inspect

- Rinse inside, clean out sludge

- Scrape and wash bell housing and related parts

- Remove pedal assembly as pedals where seized, clean and free pedals, remove master cylinder

- Remove pedal arms and wheel cylinders and clean ready for brake system assembly

- Cut guides for valve seals and install new seals

- Surfaced deck then cleaned and tumbled small parts

- Steam Clean Headliner x 3 times.

- Clean underneath of car, undercoating back 1/2 of car, 2x undercoats total

- Painted and installed 4 brake drums, 2 shift rods, rear axles, bearings and seal drums, rear engine mount

- Repaired and installed right front inner wheel wells

- Fitted window trim, fit headliner at front window, glue beading down

- Cut fill strips for pillar upholstery

- Bolt on exhaust at motor, Layout exhaust under car

- Trim Headliner at door openings

- Complete headliner at windshield, trim, sun visors

- Fit door cards, Install kick panel cards

- Reseat all brake line fittings as found leaks, bled brakes and adjust

- Installed floor heater, installed air filter

- Working on clutch pedal assembly & set brake pedal height

- Fabricated a gasket to replace the leaking one

- Installed side motor mounts

- Fabricated hanger bracket for mid exhaust hanger

- Install speedo with new oil line, choke and throttle cables installed

- Chase threads on wheel studs

- Run oil pressure line to gauge.

- Installed water temperature probe

- Install rear door weather stripping

- Remove RH inner fender, sandblast radiator supports and paint

- Paint 3 cowl pieces, fit inner fender

- Fit radiator support, install radiator, both side heater boxes and panels

- Painted front end parts

- Repair wiring for both horns

- Built up rear bumper and mocked up on car

- Firewall wiring, repaired wire to heater under seat

- Completed install of Heater hoses and radiator hoses

- Install seat belts

- Fit bumper guards to rear bumper, install bumper

- Removed bumper guards from old bumper

- Repaired RF inner fender and painted

- Mocked up complete front end less bumper

- Inner and outer fenders, grill, front valance and bumper brackets

- Masked and painted from grill 

- Removed steering arm to replace seal

- Cut template for LH radiator bracket

- Weld and paint LH radiator bracket 

- Install new steering box seal

- Install gaskets on inner fender
